pre field days

27-29 February: 8:00am-5:00pm

1 March-4 March: 8:00am-6:00pm

5 March (final set up day): 7.00am- 6.00pm

field days

6-8 March: 7am-9am and 5pm- 6pm
(site open to 7.00pm on 8 March final day)

Exhibitors with an 'ON SITE Vehicle Pass' will be allowed vehicle access onto the Field Days Site during these times (6-8 March) to restock their exhibits.

Between 9.00am - 5.00pm March 6-8 Exhibitors will NOT be permitted vehicle access onto the field days site.

post field days

9 March: 7:00am - 6:00pm (Final overnight security)

10-11 March: 8.30am- 4.30pm

12 March: closed (Victorian Public Holiday)

13-30 March onwards: 9.30am-4:30pm

NOTE: Equipment remaining after 31 March 2012 may be charged $100 per item /week unless otherwise arranged with Field Days management.
