access times 2010

pre field days

22 - 28 February: 8am-5pm

1 March: 7am-6pm

field days

2 - 4 March: 7am-9am and 5pm- 6pm
(site open to 7pm on 4 March)

Exhibitors with an ‘Exhibit Vehicle Pass’ will be allowed vehicle access onto the Field Days Site during these times (2-4 March) to restock their exhibits.

Between 9am - 5pm March 2 - 4 Exhibitors will NOT be permitted vehicle access onto the field days site.

post field days

5 March: 7am - 6pm (Final overnight security)

6-7 March: 8.30am- 4.30pm

8 March: closed (Victorian Public Holiday)

9-19 March onwards: 8.30am-4pm

20 March: 9am-2pm

NOTE: Saturday 20 March 2010: Sites to be fully
cleared due to another event at the site.
Equipment remaining after 20 May 2010
may be charged $100 per item/week
unless otherwise arranged with
the Field Days manager.
